      Pros

      Discount on clothing. That's about the only advantage

      Cons

      Poor management, won't sign off holidays and then try to give warnings. No training. Get spoke to like your a child. Won't believe you when your off sick. Work you to the bone and no thank you or appreciation. A lot of sly/titfortat behaviour. Complete power struggle with young managers. Just a horrible place to work. I hope no one has to experience what I did.

      Pros

      It was fun to work here. The people were fun.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt under too much pressure to make impossibly high sales figures, especially on footwear. The managers were often vindictive and mean about things that weren't our fault or preventable.

      Pros

      Outfit building with customers is fun and exciting they are always so grateful for an opinion! Its always a great enviroment to work in especially when its a new season, but trying on the latest trends before they have even hit the shop floor has to be the best reason!

      Cons

      There wasnt any room for growth in a small store you couldn't really showcase to the higher powers that be your skills
