My colleagues are all really nice and fun to talk to, the managers are too. The work and technology is pretty straight forward.

Cons

.The pay is crap for the amount of work you do . Managers from every department will tell you what to do even if they're not on your department . Communication between mangers is SO BAD and the sales assistants end up getting blamed for their negligence . The technology doesn't work half the time . Customers complain more about the bad attitude that the managers have more than the regular sales assistants . Employees are not taught how to deal appropriately with customers . Training is non existent . Staff turnover if so high that you never know anyone's name. . Even on full time wages, you'd still probably have to live your parents.

Pros

Supportive and understanding. Hard working team. Staff discount is great. Great for your development as plenty of opportunity to support with re sites and new sites etc

Cons

Staff discount should be unlimited, hourly rate should be more in line with other retailers, would like to see the maternity pay etc re looked ie length of service
