Discount and uniform allowence.. There is nothing else that is a pro about this company. Sorry.

Cons

-Management are disrespectful. -They make you stay after your shift and they never pay you for it. -Just a rude and bitter environment. All they care about is numbers. -You get blamed for everything -You're never taken seriously - Management look down on you and treat you like a piece of dirt - I could go on forever...

Pros

Discount, uniform, staff and you learn lots of new skills and approaches to what is important in customer service.

Cons

some people have been there for years and years so it struggles with freshness in some stores, and some are set in their ways. It is hard to fit in to a place where there are relationships spanning 10 plus years and those people are not open to change, improve or move on with the evolution of the stores.

Pros

Good benefits such as 30% discount and reasonable holidays. Worked with a lot if different types of people and chances to move up to management.

Cons

Low pay especially for people who are under 18 and high pressure from management to reach targets. Can be very stressful on holiday periods and sale.
