      Pros

      - Great camaraderie within each department and around the store - Good monthly incentives (Employee of the month etc) - Management are friendly and welcoming - Great discount - Management recognise hard work - be respectful and do your work and you will get respect in return.

      Cons

      - Sometimes, particularly during busy periods, there can be communication breakdowns between departments, resulting in unnecessary stress. - It is 'only' a retail job. This may cause lack of motivation to some part time staff who do not intend to make a career out of retail. This sometimes results in people not working to the best of their ability. However, this is not down to store management and can't really be helped.

      Pros

      People are the greatest assets of the company, some amazing people in the company HR Team are specialists and have great unity. Professional and fun loving environment....great mix. Brand is strong and is growing from strength to strength. Family orientated company which comes through from the individuals working there. Senior Leadership are approachable and down to earth. Company is introducing new technologies, new processes and improvement all the time

      Cons

      Every company can do things better and RI is similar, key thing is that they have identified this and is working to improve further

      Managers are lazy and no structure in llantristant

      Staff discount and staff are friendly easy parking

      Cons

      Senior manager sits in the office all day and can be so rude team getting used to new management and just bark orders have no respect
