Management is a disgrace who leave you feeling victimised and disrespected. I was personally victimised by one of the managers to a point of real depressing emotion. The training is abysmal and those with the lowest pay are usually lumbered with the most work.

management in some stores a bit "cliquey" put staff in positions off authority/responsibility but don't recognise or reward this with appropriate wages/job titles (eg every week put you in sole charge of a department, doing the work that a senior sales assistant/junior manager would do however you get paid the same as the staff you are supervising) however management would be quick to point the finger at you if something went wrong - all the downsides of a senior sales job without the reward! If you ask for the reward you are laughed at!
