Brand has evolved in the last 10 years and fast becoming the leader on the high street however they are not moving every aspect of their business with the same drive... pleas please start looking at your rc's and am's... its hurrendeous how some of them treat people and that's coming from someone who is not on the receiving end but witnesses it too often....
