Hard workers get hounded endlessly while those with a poor work ethic get to do what they want to do or what they don’t want to do all day everyday.

Worked here and quickly realized it wasn’t the right environment. Management is disconnected from what actually goes on on the floor, and employees don’t feel supported or valued. Safety is talked about more than it’s actually practiced, and when serious situations happen, the response doesn’t always prioritize people the way it should. Communication is inconsistent, and accountability feels one-sided. The workload can be demanding, but the recognition and respect don’t match the effort employees put in. Overall, not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for a safe, supportive, and well-managed workplace.
