Pros

Colleagues (not higher ups) are great! Lots of support and kindness on that end. Managers can be a positive, depending on department. Provides some non-monetary perks like treats or small raffles.

Cons

Upper management does not care about lower-ranked individuals. Lack of respect on their end is very obvious. Lack of response/urgency is rampant. Company is not proactive, only reactive.
