      Pros

      Pay is on the higher end of most nearby employers. Acceptable to start but lack of compensation for exceptional workers is not proportional to the amount of work they are doing compared to everyone else. (Multiple employees do 3-5x the workload regularly and overly relied on to keep numbers up while operating with skeleton crews. ) Great starting out. Clear decline the longer you're there and experience. Unique type of work. Was great for a while.

      Cons

      Lack of additional pay, low raises and poor criteria to determine it. Lost many long term and or high output workers that were critical. No attempt to keep them by offering more pay and took their work ethic to other employers who might value them more. Handful of people keeping things together are just another number and can and will be fired. Unequal workload among team and roles. Revolving door. Few tenured people left. Training takes 6 months and make up a large percentage of people at all times. Leadership has little to no knowledge of what they are over seeing and generally ineffective dealing with issues on the floor. Upper Leadership wastes money on stupid or unnecessary things instead of what we say is actually relevant.
