Great team, great tire prices, good pay and I believe Pep Boys cares about their customers.

Cons

The computer POS, seriously dial up internet is faster. Constantly embarrassed at the sales counter due to the clumsy, out dated point of sale system. Longgggg Hours, senior leadership is all over the place, direction and culture is constantly changing.

The environment was good, for a while. I learned alot and grew my skills

Cons

Management change led to the loss of growth opportunities and over all a toxic work environment. I was terminated over petty reasons while more than half the staff left.

Corporate Restructuring can lead to salary loss even with good job performance and passing yearly reviews. Also without a single write-up or reprimand. More than 40% of salary for me.
