50-60 hours a week and always getting yelled at my higher ups no chance of promotion unless you worked for Mavis prior apparently This company failed to take care of there employees during covid!!! We are used and abused, job is threaten every conference call

Takes forever to get a raise and if one store in the district drops the ball, everyone's reviews are on hold Constantly understaffed Some mechanics can be Divas Ridiculous amount of management turnover, three managers and assistants in less than one year. Insurance is only through Alabama and doesn't cover much Raises are only given once a year, en masse, if at all, so good employees are not compensated appropriately. All managers in the district have to turn in their reviews before your review gets looked at, so if one drops the ball all the stores have to wait.

-Low Pay -Horrible Upper Management -Lack of knowledge -Lack of proper tooling -Customer are ignorant -Way overpriced compared to competitors -The system is slow and outdated like the company -Filthy work enviroment service side and retail
