Meet friendly customers, learn a lot about vehicles, commission makes pay a little better, not too stressful of a job when its not so busy, flexible schedule, fellow employees are helpful

Cons

Some customers are extremely rude and take out everything on you for no reason, sometimes mechanics can be a-holes and unwilling to help you explain vehicle problems to customers, royal pita if its really busy and you are one of the only service advisors there

People and management are great people to work with. Schedule flexibility. the job is not so hard depending on your role. Friendly environment.

Cons

Low pay.not many opportunities to move up. Cut down on hours. A lot of work NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. Some organization problems.

Pros

Large amount of knowledge and learning opportunities, fair treatment, decent pay. Excellent managers and techs, customers were very hit or miss.

Cons

Corporate management was overall stifling. Pay was frozen indefinitely, and the nature of the LP department was Orwellian at best.
