Decent pay on average Paid vacation and "OK" benefits

Cons

Long hours! Open everyday but Christmas and Thanksgiving. Lots of red tape. Process's change almost weekly making it hard to keep up. Lots of work and no payroll. Entry level employees are paid very low and you get what you pay for. To many chiefs and not enough Indians, you follow not only your direct supervisors rules but the other 25 people who work above you in various positions in and outside the store. There is no consistency, They do not promote from within past the store management level.

learning on cars. How to multitask, really multitasking.

Cons

Less hours every 6 months. Low raise if any. New management is coming in with a lot highier pay and less knowledge. Area Directors come and tell us what to do and that everything is wrong it the store without asking questions. VPs come and dont even look at your eyes. He asks "how are you doing today?" and a second later when you fixing to answer he turns around and walks away.

Cons

manager favortism. accounting is a profession. It is ridiculous to promote a person based only on the boss's favortism, and that person is lacking accounting knowledge
