20% discount except on oil. Managers were pretty good. Gained Experience.

Cons

Sometimes no lunch, and would have to stay past schedule time. Expected to clean when you don't get paid for it.

pay is pretty good,different ad's expect different results so right now my district manager is really hard to work for.

Cons

very old and dated system badly in need for an upgrade,no advancement unless you have a drivers liscense,way to many emails,they do not let you manage your store

Pros

Working at Pep Boys I was able to provide excellent customer service to those who walked into the store. That itself is a great feeling to me.

Cons

They are, as with any job downsides to working at a certain place. At pep boys there would be certain times when managers would be disrespectful to employees but things would always work out
