Pros
They pay for your ASE test. They do some training in house. They don't rush you to much when you're working. At least they've given up on rushing me lol. Just take your time and try an do quality work. Don't take on jobs you can't handle, and you'll be ok.
Cons
If you don't turn at least 20 hours (in a 40 hour week) you will only get half your flat rate. Ex. I make 23 p/h flat rate, but if I dont bill 20 hours, I will get about 11.50 * the number of hours worked. Since Im only part time I dont mind, but full time techs are stressed when there isn't alot of work to do.
