You get experience working on vehicles, if that's something your interested in. They pay for courses (as long as you pass) to obtain more knowledge.

Cons

Do not get paid what you deserve. working in the cold of winter and heat of summer. No over-time allowed even if you want it. Don't hold your breath, waiting for a raise, it wont happen.
