Pros

I liked the fact that they are going to a on commission structure, where it pays the lowest people more money. Before that it was like working for a fast food place or something, same pay. Usually resolved problems to customer's satisfaction... but what company wouldn't. U do learn a lot about cars and proper car maintenance.

Cons

Constantly changing rules, which are not explained fully at any point, hugely political management, u have to kiss the right ass for the proper amount of time before u get a chance to advance... honestly idk how they stay in business. Do not trust anything that management says, or take it with a grain of salt, they will screw u over if it is to their benefit.

Pros

They train you so that you are familiar with automotive terms and products.

Cons

They work you so hard and don't pay a lot so you are stuck in this exhaustive cycle. Customers are usually upset because of the lack of care that goes into fixing their vehicles.
