Horrible place to work

Pros

They're willing to pay some money to get people in the door to fix their miriad of problems

Cons

they have so many problems you can't even list them all here. And they're in a dilapidated building with 1 elevator that takes longer to go 4 floors than a center city elevator going to the 40th floor.

Pros

Great team Benefits Ability to schedule around personal life

Cons

Get your money right up front (Management). They will hire based on a need. If they can't find someone with experience, they will hire someone they think they can "train" who has no experience in the field. If their need is great, they will offer that individual significantly more money than what their current, "Proven Hi-Po" managers are making. This creates animosity and decays trust in the area directors / company.
