Pros

Good people who care. Unique business model should be a plus, but it's not being capitalized on.

Cons

Outdated business model. Implements way too much change, new ideas, hoping something sticks; then lacks the follow up with that idea until it eventually fades away.

Pros

Co-workers are pleasant, friendly, fun; most share an interest in cars.

Cons

Company is top-heavy, not interested in promoting from within, or even an employee's reason for working there. Their IT department is years behind other automotive companies, and purchasing does not inventory the proper parts based on local need - just appear to buy on price.

Pros

Great customers and the customers are nice and they respect the employees. The manager Mike makes sure that every customer is satisfied before they leave the store with products. Great teamwork because everyone helps out where they can.

Cons

Not enough hours to work. Have to work every weekend. Certain employees receiving special treatment from management. Keeping rewards cards revenue up.
