Cons

Corporate will cut everyone's pay with little notice if you don't accept you're gone. They don't care about their employees just as long as they make money. No support from upper management they just expect you to sell everything on every car when you might get 3 cars in a day. They don't run ads and expect the shops to be magically busy do not work here
