Pros

Magnificent offices, a good, technology oriented company culture, dynamic, friendly, fun, not in the least boring. Good equilibrium work / life, culturally diverse, found a few new best friends there.

Cons

Upper management with no experience or flair to run an IT department. Junior staff thrown willy-nilly at jobs they're unable to perform at high standards, and the seniors are mostly there to clean the mess. Very cost-conscious, no pay hikes, tendency to outsource a lot; cliquey in some teams.

Cons

No active development in new projects, no opportunity to develop your career with latest technologies. Almost all the work will be maintaining and fixing projects with out-of-date tech stacks. Overall, tech strength and choice are poor and limited. You must be having an unrefusable reason to choose here. And watch out for everything if you insist, good luck ;)

If you want to be sleazy you can climb your way up the ladder relatively quickly by playing games, sucking up to senior management and lying in reports (making them much better than the real state)

Cons

Honesty and hard work is not appreciated up to the level where you get punished for it. You will definitely not progress in the company if you demonstrate these traits. Financial rewards used to be good but that's all going downhill with negative UKI industry outlook. Company has "invested" in cheap labour in Cluj, which backfired as quality of work suffered greatly, giving customers really bad experience and actual cost of labour in Romania increased a lot over last 2 years. Multiple mistakes by leadership presented as success so they can climb up the company ladder. All the company values have disappeared.
