Pros
If you want to be sleazy you can climb your way up the ladder relatively quickly by playing games, sucking up to senior management and lying in reports (making them much better than the real state)
Cons
Honesty and hard work is not appreciated up to the level where you get punished for it. You will definitely not progress in the company if you demonstrate these traits. Financial rewards used to be good but that's all going downhill with negative UKI industry outlook. Company has "invested" in cheap labour in Cluj, which backfired as quality of work suffered greatly, giving customers really bad experience and actual cost of labour in Romania increased a lot over last 2 years. Multiple mistakes by leadership presented as success so they can climb up the company ladder. All the company values have disappeared.
