      Your next job will seem like a breeze.

      Cons

      Top heavy. No organisation or structure had three team changes in 4 months. A lot of bullying and back stabbing. Expected to work crazy hours for minimal reward. Turnover of staff is ridiculously high. The whole fun place to work is a complete joke, especially when your manager is harassing you at night and days off with emails and phone calls. Pity I seen the ladder for growth get taken up the minute you join. The product they offer is below par against any of the main players.

      Pros

      Plenty of experience on offer and due to the work load and accountability you will learn a lot. A few years here will put you in good stead for your next move.

      Cons

      Resource and funding for projects not well thought out leaving developers to pick up the slack. Poor work life balance. Culture is increasingly fearful and defensive with teams competing for ownership of areas.

      Have already been mentioned in the other comments.

      Cons

      Now, when they've become public and have adopted some uber weird strategies, this place, unfortunately, has become a pile of rubbish. The major thing is that there's no career progress, for 4 years my brain has just dried out, and I ended up automatically performing some simplistic tasks. Also, the company's budget cuts, just simply to pay gaming taxes and hold current licenses, have been greatly affecting.
