Pros
Magnificent offices, a good, technology oriented company culture, dynamic, friendly, fun, not in the least boring. Good equilibrium work / life, culturally diverse, found a few new best friends there.
Cons
Upper management with no experience or flair to run an IT department. Junior staff thrown willy-nilly at jobs they're unable to perform at high standards, and the seniors are mostly there to clean the mess. Very cost-conscious, no pay hikes, tendency to outsource a lot; cliquey in some teams.
