Pros

I love the job ! It’s such a fun job with good flight benefits. They have really good medical as well.

Cons

Reserve sucks we get treated very poorly. They can call you basically when ever they want. They violate our contract any and every chance they get. Your pay checks are barely enough to live by. When I read the reviews I should have listened to my gut instinct about this company but I didn’t and went through with it . The contract is one of the worst contracts in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any one I would recommend SPIRIT airlines before them.

Pros

Great stepping stone who will hire just about anyone with a pulse and breathing to fly airplanes

Cons

podunk operation trying to sell itself as running with the big boys. Pushing 32 humans through a grinder with ancient and often inoperative equipment to get people to the line. Knee jerk scheduling.

Pros

flight benefits were nice to have

Cons

management says one thing, and acts out another. no communication, no respect for employees from management. Flight management is constantly changing the contracts for crews. People are not promoted om merit but rather 'friendships'. Hostile working environment. Very 'boys club' so watch out ladies...... Company is completely dysfunctional and executive management has no clue what is happening in the real world. PSA keeps hiring upper management from failing regional airlines.
