-some of the lowest pay in the industry for flight attendants, the union is a joke, the company does not feel that we deserve a raise
-expectations are high, they want us to act like mainline AA but compensate us as we work at McDonald's
-lowest pay of all 3 wholly owned regionals
-supervisors are a joke, if you try to protect yourself or defend yourself you risk becoming a target for retaliation
-only 10 days off minimum when pilots/other wholly-owned regionals have 11 days off
-no commuter hotels for flight attendants when pilots/other wholly-owned regionals have them
-horrible sick time accrual, 3 hours a month which doesn't even cover 1 day of work
-terribly built schedules, 4-day trips worth 12 hours = no money
-toxic work environment
-every other department gets raises except for flight attendants
