None whole company is shady

Cons

I wish I could give negative stars this place is shady. They let a pilot who physically assaulted a flight attendant leave without punishment. They didnt fire him but gave him the choice to leave. They ended up firing the flight attendant involved so they didnt have the negative impact. This company is horrible. Do not work for this place.

NO PROS except flight benefits ( when you actually are able to fly! Being on standby you are bumped down a lot)

LOW PAY. BAD MANAGEMENT. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Pros

Free air travel, hotel and park discounts, insurance, meeting new people all the time, beats the mundane setting of a typical office.

Cons

Reserve status lasted well over the three months they said it would, hotel for training (six weeks) was a DUMP! Crew scheduling were incredibly difficult and "personal days" were never approved so you had to use sick days to call off.
