Pros

Unlimited time off and the people are amazing, beautiful showroom.

Cons

The leadership doesn’t know how to run a company. They squander money and the sales people pay for it by losing sales and accounts. You can’t get products for your clients in a timely manner.

Great coworkers, really lovely people, management is clearly taking advantage of their kindness

Cons

This company has been around for 10 years. Management blames long term issues over Pirch being a startup. This company has been around 10 years (formerly Living Fixtures). At this point, they're just a failing company.

Beautiful product (you can get this anywhere though)

HA! Where to begin! Management slept with employees and reprimanded some for complaining. Management changes monthly. Can I say #METOO?!? Luckily, that management is long gone, but beware, this place is in debt all the time. I remember a customer wanting her $14K refrigerator that was ordered 3 months prior, but we didn't have the money to pay our bill to pay for it... Even though the customer had paid in full. SMH.
