Pros

Progressive, forward thinking, passionate, fun coworkers at every level from the barista's and installers all the way to the executive team and the CEO.

Cons

None, This is the only job I have had that I can say I truly love. It is a privilege and a blessing that I am able to work with this group of people that I admire immensely.

Pros

-Family of coworkers/support -Complimentary lunches M-F via gourmet chefs -Complimentary Beverages from in-store cafe -Management always willing to listen -All around friendly environment. We all have a lot of work to do but there's still time for laughs and building friendships. -Promising company with exponential growth -Lots of potential for advancement IF you're proactive in your personal growth -CEO doesn't hide behind closed doors. ;) shhh he's a hugger :)

Cons

The only con I can see right now revolves around how quickly Pirch has grown over the last few years. It's been good for recognition purposes but bad when it comes to micro details. Expectations of high customer service and communication has remained the same while work load has increased, without giving workers the proper tools to accommodate the clientele. It has put employees in a tough spot and thus has affected customer service and communication. However I'm optimistic that Pirch can prioritize what's important and allow their employees to do what each individual does best. Organization and Multi-tasking is an all around MUST in this industry/organization.

Pros

The culture is great. The company is deeply rooted in its culture. They believe that people are what makes the company great. As with any culture, sometimes the workload might get people to stray from the main reason people want to work here. Occasionally, there are meetings to get us back in to that culture mentality. The company has an aggressive expansion plan. They are originally from California but have ventured out to Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta. There are more stores in the works including New Jersey and New York. With that being said, there is opportunity for upward movement within the company. This is a young company with lots of potential.

Cons

Paid holidays are rare. Almost non-existent. You do get paid on your hiring anniversary date and your birthday. With the company being so aggressive with expansion, there are many shoes to fill. There are some people that do not fit the culture or are just not qualified for their positions that can slip through the cracks.
