Thanks for your note and advice. Feedback like yours is very helpful to us as we continue to build and enable the original vision of PIRCH in the most effective manner that delivers our growth and profit objectives...the premier shopping, delivery and installation experience for our customers who are either dreaming of or in the process of building the kitchen, bath and outdoor space of their dreams. You are right there has been a lot of change over the past seven months and we couldn’t be stronger because of it. We are re-building processes to improve our efficiency and in some cases teams (and, today, currently have more 50+ open positions). We’ve recently promoted employees into sales roles, internally promoted leaders across the organization and are investing in tools and technology that will scale our growth. And, we couldn’t be more confident in our leaders. Again, thank you for your honest feedback, advice and we wish you the very best.
