Pros
Fast-paced, fun, family feel, free lunch by company chef every Friday, great people to work with, growing company, lots of events! Still friends with numerous people that work their, beautiful showroom
Cons
Because it is a start-up, you tend to work long hours and the pay is lower than others. When I left in 2010, the company hit a financial "rough spot," but seems to have recovered well. Also, roles are still being defined, meaning you may be moving around within the business a lot - personally, I enjoyed this but others did not.
