We all have a lot of work to do but there's still time for laughs and building friendships. -Promising company with exponential growth -Lots of potential for advancement IF you're proactive in your personal growth -CEO doesn't hide behind closed doors. ;) shhh he's a hugger :)
Cons
The only con I can see right now revolves around how quickly Pirch has grown over the last few years. It's been good for recognition purposes but bad when it comes to micro details. Expectations of high customer service and communication has remained the same while work load has increased, without giving workers the proper tools to accommodate the clientele. It has put employees in a tough spot and thus has affected customer service and communication. However I'm optimistic that Pirch can prioritize what's important and allow their employees to do what each individual does best. Organization and Multi-tasking is an all around MUST in this industry/organization.
