Great, fun place to work if you're in your teens to early 20's

Great employee discounts and private sales/promotions, lots of variety in clothing styles, managers are friendly and handle customer complaints well, good morale for the most part, awesome employees, online paycheck reviews and career advancement plans, overall a fun place to work.

Cons

Customers ALWAYS mess up the jean wall; makes it a daily conquest to keep it organized. There seems to be too many clearance items at times and makes it a little crazy during peak hours. Some of the people hired are a bit slow...like they don't know how to fold/organize anything even after demonstrating how to's.

it's only good for the discount- especially the one at Banana Republic

Cons

everything else, really. management there was awful- especially because in my last year or so we lost the good managers. Also, the employee turn-around... as soon as we got a new set of cashiers trained, we'd lose the experienced ones

Great people to work with. Also a good discount. They work with you if you need time off for any reason.

Cons

They pay HORRIBLE, they hire new people just about every month, and they push the ONC's way too much.
