Pros

It's a global company and headquarter is in Israel. Upper management changes last year. The company reorganized in Q4 '15. The stock has been doing well ever since.

Cons

Nice has been focus on the bottom line. New management spends a lot time in meetings that they are taking their eye off the ball. Expenses has been cut to the point that nothing is getting done. Employees have low morale and talented employees are leaving the company.

Pros

Great benefits, salary and bonus

Cons

I am a recent hire and had no idea about NICE until I joined few months back. Online reviews could be somewhat misleading because the culture really depends on the group you join. NICE has acquired several small companies in US and each group has its own culture and practices. I realized the online reviews are more descriptive of NICE Israel not NICE US. Unfortunately NICE US has been a great disappointment so far and I would not recommend. Poor management and lack of skilled technical people makes this a sweatshop (This is true for the group that I am working in).

Pros

The pay is decent. If you're good at your job, you'll never have to worry about losing it. You'll never be furloughed or laid off. Promotion opportunity is available fairly often. Decent location in South Denver, north Tech Center

Cons

Middle management has a serious problem of a revolving door in the Denver call center. If you're a regular engineer, you can honestly expect to have a new boss every 8 months or so. Dealing with that whole learning curve/proving one's self process is often more exhausting than the job itself. Policies change from week to week, which makes the company feel like its in its infancy, and not the established global company it is. Middle management seems to always consist of a promoted engineer with no leadership or personal skills, or someone that DOES have call center leadership experience, but knows nothing of the product and never takes the time to learn. It's almost enough to make you laugh seeing how often this seems to repeat over the years.
