Pros
The pay is decent. If you're good at your job, you'll never have to worry about losing it. You'll never be furloughed or laid off. Promotion opportunity is available fairly often. Decent location in South Denver, north Tech Center
Cons
Middle management has a serious problem of a revolving door in the Denver call center. If you're a regular engineer, you can honestly expect to have a new boss every 8 months or so. Dealing with that whole learning curve/proving one's self process is often more exhausting than the job itself. Policies change from week to week, which makes the company feel like its in its infancy, and not the established global company it is. Middle management seems to always consist of a promoted engineer with no leadership or personal skills, or someone that DOES have call center leadership experience, but knows nothing of the product and never takes the time to learn. It's almost enough to make you laugh seeing how often this seems to repeat over the years.
