The building is nice and the lower level employees are nice.

Cons

Very hard reviews energy six months that result in many terminations. I was told top management trains managers to yell and insult staff. I really feel sorry for lower level employees. People get fired here for any crazy reason on a daily basis. I was fired for not yelling at my staff enough.

Can't think of any other than perhaps nice coworkers.

Cons

Management at the Syracuse office does not listen to the concerns of employee. Very low wage if you were to accept the health insurance plan they offer or try to put your family on it. Culture of overeating and constant food (probably to drown the sorrows of working there). You literally have 10 seconds in between calls but you are required to document everything. The smarter people are asked to multi-task even more, grading tests or photocopying WHILE ON THE PHONE with people.
