Pros

Most of the people were a pleasure to work with the exception of upper management. The mission to save lives is commendable. The benefits are good.

Cons

The management has no clue about motivating employees or maintaining a positive morale. There is no sense of loyalty and they will fire the hard working people just so senior management can all get hefty bonuses. There is no opportunity for career growth.
