Good goals, but incompetent people and lack of directions

Flexible workweeks, decent benefits, good mission, mostly decent coworkers (personally), good vacation time

Poor salaries, many incompetent workers, lack of direction from senior management, poor people at some of the highest levels

Some of the individuals on lower levels were ok to work with.

Cons

Senior management & executives are ridiculously out of touch. From the CEO down they build a really toxic work environment. There's a ton of forced trainings on how to build a positive culture but no respect for employees from the top down. Firing more experienced, competent workers is commonplace. CEO routinely brought in clueless individuals from her old place of employment to take on leadersip roles at NSC.

Pros

This used to be a good company several years ago before the new executive team. I don't have much good to say about this company now.

Cons

Most of the money this company makes goes to pay executive team salary and bonuses. Since new executive team took over several years ago the company has terminated or laid off most of the staff. Targeting people older than 50 old, over weight, sickly and staff with family and especially staff that has given greater than ten years of service. Do not look for any sort of morales here. Any upper management that did have morales have beed terminated. They also got ride of pension and some of the benefits. This is the worst company of this size I have ever heard of.
