      Pros

      The building is nice and the lower level employees are nice.

      Cons

      Very hard reviews energy six months that result in many terminations. I was told top management trains managers to yell and insult staff. I really feel sorry for lower level employees. People get fired here for any crazy reason on a daily basis. I was fired for not yelling at my staff enough.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
