Pros

- Medical benefits - Number of leaves

Cons

- No use having leaves or FCL when it is diffucult to get approved - they boast best employer to work for is highly biased and fake - micro-managed like crazy - makes use of peoples labour under the pretense of “grooming” - highest number of turnover in the HQ / Business Centre - only cares abt targets and if we hit, only management gets the praises if we don’t we take the hit. - STAY AWAY or u will regret - paid very little for ALOT of work

Pros

HQ location is quite central and convenient HQ office is well maintained You will be paid on time with market matched benefits

Cons

Uses condescending tone and gesture during internal meetings (depending on your department, most are quite friendly and only that one or two are lacking and juvenile but holding of higher seniority). Single leadership voice is observed and driving decisions, leaving no room for diverse perspectives.

Pros

- Pay range depends on your experience and educational level, which is reasonable. - Staff benefits was good (14 days leave, 14 days MC, birthday leave, singles leave, compassionate leave) - Profit sharing (equates to bonus) when have, was shared with on-the-ground staffs. - Career advancements provided for teaching staffs - Good values and organization culture

Cons

- Class size too big - Paperwork was too much (individual kids observation, weekly plans, edit LP report, etc... ON TOP OF preparing learning aids, prepare theme boards, display boards) -- paperwork is more for filing purposes in order to achieve 'quality learning' and 'for show' - Special needs children despite detected, help wasn't provided to aide teacher in-charge (even if help was provided, they might not be trained to handle SN) - due to all the paperwork, no work-life balance (need to 'free labour' extra hours to catch up on paperwork) - random last minute tasks requested by P because CM asked for it and the dateline for it was VERY TIGHT
