Used to be a genuinely nice place with nice people

Cons

Since new CEO with new mngt team, there is a climate of fear. No one dare to speak up and everyone is wary of each other. Very political now. Top management difficult, rude, unreasonable and self centric. Good people all left or leaving coz of values.

Working level people are friendly, genuine, and overall very collaborative.

Cons

Politics, knit-picking, unreasonable expectations, making decisions based on emotion rather than logic, poor judgement by leaders, ageism etc. You name it (poor company culture), they have it. A shaky place to consider starting a family - pretty ironic. Please reflect and think hard about this.
