Pros

I couldn’t find anything positive while working for this brand!

Cons

It’s a set up of mean employees. I worked in there pop up store & they didn’t have a budget to provide water to the temporary employees. What kind of a company does that??? There was no learning, no experience, basically nothing! Also there products are super expensive, worthless!!

We are a culture driven by a set of core values, skills and, behaviors and expect a diverse and inclusive environment regardless of where you work (HQ, Stores, Pop-Ups, etc). Above all else, we are a team and our behaviors should reflect this. Thank you for your feedback, we'll continue to strive for improvement to ensure all staff have an excellent experience and are treated fairly. This includes water onsite (there is a working tap and bottles are supplemented, replenishment arrived last week). We would never have our incredible staff work in any of our locations without the ability to obtain water. Thank you again for your feedback and please feel free to reach out to me at any time. Pros

Weekly pay isn’t too bad

Cons

Everything. There’s no work life balance, every week some one is quitting, the managers are all over the place, communication is either last minute or non existent, the quality of the product is terrible , corporate is oblivious to what happens in stores, it’s obvious that race plays a part in who the higher ups are too, pay is terrible for the work load , did I mention the work life balance is terrible and unless you request a weekend off you won’t ever get the decency of getting it but certain managers do , I can go on and on. Don’t pride yourself in being luxury retail when it’s just a glorified Claire’s with marked up cheap jewelry. Good luck trying to compete with other jewelry retailers providing a similar experience. Stick to being e-commerce.oh and let’s not forget only having a cleaning person once a month to clean the stores. You guys makes millions monthly make it part of the budget to have some one clean weekly at least.
