- Chill interviews - Good communication initially.

Cons

- Once you mess up once the lead will keep bringing up those mistakes and disregard all your attemps to improve. - No clear path to improve on feedback, mostly generic things to gaslight you into believing that it's your fault. - Very unclear when asked ways to improve. - Employees clearly under a lot of stress that they can't express due to fear of being kicked out.

This is the best company that I have ever worked. - The work environment is full of motivation and nice people! - The founders! Noura and Maj are my favorite founders couple in the world, They are constantly pushing to make Mejuri grow but they never loose the focus on the company culture and the employees needs. - Plenty space to grow: Because the company's growing every piece of effort count and matters. If you work hard, you receive the appreciation of the entire team and growth opportunities.

Cons

- The company grows so fast, and I don't have the chance to meet everybody
