Mejuri is a startup, but one that's growing very quickly. This means tons of opportunity to accelerate in each role, and also means each role is super important. Putting out excellent work is considered standard, and everyone works very, very hard. - Great team atmosphere, snacks + fun culture, everyone wants to be here - Supportive management, weekly 1:1s to continually work on growth - Lots of responsibility - from the day you join you'll be on projects and leading pieces of them. This was exciting for me, but definitely challenging. I've learned more here than in my entire career. - Open feedback loop, 360 reviews - New projects constantly; online and offline since the business is growing so fast

- No work from home - High expectations. There is full training and support, but the entire team pushes to always be better - You'll work hard!
