      - Chill interviews - Good communication initially.

      Cons

      - Once you mess up once the lead will keep bringing up those mistakes and disregard all your attemps to improve. - No clear path to improve on feedback, mostly generic things to gaslight you into believing that it's your fault. - Very unclear when asked ways to improve. - Employees clearly under a lot of stress that they can't express due to fear of being kicked out.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
