Pros

No late nights, 6pm finishes Good discounts

Cons

They like to stick to the status quo’s. You can’t think of new ideas or be creative, very robotic way of thinking. Managers and supervisors are rude and don’t help you when you’re stuck but will call you in for meetings when you don’t meet target? Lack of training, no options for continuous professional development or progression. Mental health comes last, whenever you book annual leave for some time off or anything such as doctors appointments are always denied. Asked for further training in certain areas and it never happened.
