Pros

None. This company is ruthless there is no team spirit and the morale is rock bottom.

Cons

Leadership is novice and making things up as they go along. They bring in friends into leadership roles and they do not value input from staff. Set unrealistic sale goals and do not want to her true evaluations about marketability. Egotists running the sale division. Think they are something they're not. Management has no experience and they are rejects from other cruise lines.
