The most dishonest, morally bankrupt company I could ever imagine
Pros
ZERO there are absolutely no good things about working for this company unless you like to wallow in the filth
Cons
They make up the rules as they go to benefit the company. They don't care about employees, even long term employees and they are so arrogant they think that they can get away with anything. The "unifying principle" they tout as being their guide posts are at best a a distraction to buy them time while they benefit from your hard work then refuse to pay you for it, hiding behind a "process" they just made up so they could steal your money. No I'm not bitter. They took a commission check I earned and met every stipulation to earn, that represented life changing events to my family and on a whim decided it was too much and not to pay me. Let me wait for 4 months on the vp's word I would get paid, then sent me a nasty email saying they denied my compensation and I could arbitrate if I wanted to. That's' Centurylink's version of caring for their employees. Stay away, far away. 15 years later at 53, after working hard to do the right thing for my company I get this and now I have a hard time looking myself in the eye for going back, but you have to have a job and until I can find one I'm stuck there.. Not easy at 53.
