A lot of the process will take a lot of time to advance and become better because they need to complete the cycle of revenue growth, hiring right to fill the right gaps etc. which takes time. Internal investments don't pay off overnight and trickle down to better efficiencies like getting off of spreadsheets for things that should be in a data lake with well thought out applications shared across the organization. Like left hand and right hand knowing what each other are doing and double spending in some places and in others there are processes so tied down with bureaucracy that is trying to combat that that I have seen 30 people hours spent on meetings and e-mails to figure out what to do with a less than 10k purchase that should be passed on to a customer. Maybe apply if you are a good business analyst.... Could help out.
