Decent pay and benefits. Technology changes can make the job interesting at times, but overall the job is repititious and mundane.

Cons

Lack of advencement opportunities. Poor middle and upper management.

Pros

Training for the postion was extensive with a three week training course 5 days a week 8 hours a day. The trainers did a good job of giving us a good base of knowledge to work with.

Cons

After training information can be hard to come by. Long term employees don't help the new people it is definetly a sink or swim enviorment.
